The Oak Grove PTA joins parents and teachers to support students, parents, and faculty at Oak Grove Elementary. The many programs and activities funded and implemented by the PTA add the enrichment that parents have come to expect at OGE. These are programs that are not funded by DeKalb County.
When every family gives a suggested amount of $150, the OGE PTA meets its budget to fund the additional programs our families appreciate. All donations are tax-deductible. And no PTA fundraisers during the year!
By contributing to "Give to Grover" on Registration Day, we can continue to fund:
-Teacher start up funds-
-Teacher Appreciation-
-Communication costs-
-Yearbook publication-
-Math Superstars-
-Academic tournaments-
-Art, Music, P.E., Health Clinic, Front Office, Band and Orchestra supplies-
-Social events-
-Field Trips-
...and more!

FOUNDATION SUPPORT - SHOW YOUR LOVE
The Oak Grove Foundation is a non-profit 501(c)(3) that supports the quality of education at our school through strategic investments in personnel, classroom enrichment, technology, teacher training, and STEM materials. Please see our Annual Report for a complete list of our numerous investments in Oak Grove Elementary or visit the Oak Grove Foundation website.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE OAK GROVE FOUNDATION AND THE PTA?
The Oak Grove Foundation and the PTA work closely together to fund different items for our school. The PTA hosts the Give to Grover fundraising campaign during fall registration (and asks for a specific contribution per family), which funds the PTA for the year. The OGE Foundation hosts the Show Your Love Annual Fundraising Campaign for Education in February. Please view the Oak Grove Fundraising Plan to understand how we work together to make Oak Grove a first-rate school.
