This movie is an adaption of a children’s book and is suitable for all ages! If you have read/are reading the book, you don’t want to miss this movie! Watch with your OGE friends, make it a class meet up!

Congrats to our second week Golden Shoe Winners! 

If it's too far to walk from home, you can park next to the Oak Grove United Methodist Church and walk from there. (Walking Wednesday is for walking, please don’t park at school.)

We're looking for 3 volunteers each week to help tally walkers, hand out prizes, and cheer on our little striders. Your kids can join in too, helping with counting and meeting new friends, while you share a special moment with them. Plus, it’s a great chance for parents to connect with each other!

Submit your cover idea with this form to Mrs. Bolsen (Room 24).

One design will be selected from each grade level by the Yearbook Team. The entire school will vote for the winning design! SO COOL. 

• The theme is “Soaring to New Heights”

• Use plain 8.5x11 inch paper.

• All artwork must be original by you.

• Artwork must be in portrait (vertical).

• All designs must be school-appropriate.

• Your design must include  “Oak Grove Elementary 2024-2025” 

You can type the words, or write in your best handwriting.

• An eagle (or Grover) should be a part of your design. Here is a picture of Grover! You can draw your own eagle instead.

The theme is “Accepting Imperfection” 

The PSA Reflections art program is a great opportunity for any OEG students to submit original artwork. Choose from 6 different categories:

Film production

Music composition

Visual arts

Dance choreography

Literature

Photography
